Franz-Josefs-Kai
1010 ViennaThe six-storey property at Franz-Josefs-Kai 27 (Rabensteig 8), 1010 Vienna, was acquired by 3SI Immogroup in 2022. The site was first mentioned in documents at the beginning of the 15th century, and two buildings stood on the site until the end of the 19th century (Haus Stadt 482+483). Today's magnificent corner building was constructed in 1901 by the architects Julius Goldschläger and Siegfried Kramer, who - both in co-operation and individually - built numerous ornate Wilhelminian-style buildings in Vienna's inner districts. The property, which is let in its entirety, is held in the long term.

The Wilhelminian-style building and the individual flats will be extensively renovated in 2020/21 and retained by the company. -
