When you purchase a designated condominium unit that is solely owned by one of the 3SI companies, we will cover the 1.1% court registration fee for the title and the 1.2% court registration fee for any singular lien (limited to the amount of the purchase price), which will be registered on the shares of the condominium being purchased.

Additional requirements and conditions:

• The 3SI fee promotion applies only to designated condominiums and is limited to a total amount of 25,000 euros per condominium (this maximum limit takes precedence over any higher calculated fee).
• This promotion applies to purchase offers received between July 1, 2026, and August 31, 2026, provided that the purchase agreement is executed and payment is made by September 15, 2026.
• The 3SI fee promotion applies to accepted, binding purchase offers, provided that the purchase agreement is notarized and signed no later than three weeks after acceptance of the offer, and the purchase price, including ancillary fees, is paid no later than 14 days after the purchase agreement has been signed by all parties.
• 3SI will refund the actual registration fee to the buyers within 14 days of the transaction’s completion (signing of the purchase agreement, payment of the purchase price and ancillary fees, registration of ownership in the land registry, and disbursement of the purchase price). Alternatively, 3SI is entitled to reduce the purchase price of the apartment by the amount of the applicable registration fee (subject to a maximum limit of EUR 25,000).
• The 3SI fee promotion applies only to purchase prices up to a maximum of 1.5 million euros (list price) per condominium, and the purchase price per condominium must match the list price specified in the property brochure.
• The 3SI fee promotion is not limited to the purchase of a single condominium (the promotion also applies to the purchase of multiple condominiums, subject to the maximum reimbursement limit of 25,000 euros per unit).
• In the event of a rescission of the transaction, the registration fee paid by 3SI must be refunded.
• 3SI expressly reserves the right to unilaterally revoke this promotion at any time.
• It is hereby noted that 3SI will cover only the actual registration fee incurred for the acquisition of ownership and the lien (up to a maximum of the purchase price) up to a total amount of 25,000 euros.
